Shipping & Payment

We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for orders within India as well as overseas. For shipping timelines, please refer to the product descriptions page for each product.

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries. We deliver orders within 7-10 business days.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
  • We offer free shipping on shopping above 2000 for all domestic orders.
  • The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
  • All orders are processed from our Studio in Mumbai, India.

 

 TRACKING & DELIVERY

  • Post shipping, the details of tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared.
  • Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.
  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before its returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
  • Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle free delivery.
  • In case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.

 

PAYMENT MODES

  • For Domestic orders, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), Net Banking options across major banks as well as recognised Wallet & UPI options.
  • American Express credit cards may not be accepted for some transactions, due to some technical issue with our payment partners. However, American Express card transactions can be routed through RazorPay accounts.
  • Please Note: As per RBI regulations in India, all credit and debit cards issued in Indian Territory cannot be used for transactions in international currency by default unless overridden by the card holder explicitly with the bank.
